Refund & Returns Policy

At Mellow Mystique, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each handcrafted bracelet. Please take a moment to review our policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our jewellery items. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our customers.

Refunds

We only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or broken. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Mellowmystique7@gmail.com, including:

• Your order number

• A clear photo (or photos) of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or shipping delays out of our control.

• If your item is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or a possible replacement, depending on the case.
