Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our jewellery items. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our customers.
Refunds
We only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or broken. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Mellowmystique7@gmail.com, including:

Once reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.
